Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, please send a return request to A4SV.co@gmail.com.

Please do not send back an item without including the issued return authorisation number on the outside of the packaging. We need this to identify your return and process it expeditiously.

Items returned without proper return documentation may not be accepted.

Returns totalling $99 and above are subject to a 10% restocking fee

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), earrings, items damaged by recipient, or used items.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. We may make exceptions on a case to case basis so do not hesitate to contact us.


Exchanges
You can place your new order at any time. Once your approved return is received, we will issue you a refund.


Refunds
We will notify you once we receive your return. If approved, a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. Please be advised that after your refund is completed, applicable credits could take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your banking/credit card institution. For questions regarding this, please contact your bank/credit card institution directly.
